Job summary

Samsonite is hiring a Sales Advisor to deliver premium customer service in our Antwerp stores. You will engage customers with product knowledge, maintain brand standards, and help achieve sales goals while upholding a high-quality shopping environment.

Weekend availability is expected, and fluency in Dutch and English is essential. Join a global leader in luggage and travel accessories, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (other languages a plus).

• Knowledge of market trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an excellent and premium shopping experience.
• Apply mandatory sales standards and up-to-date product knowledge to increase sales.
• Follow store opening/closing guidelines, dress code, hygiene and safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented store floor with correctly priced products.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Be eager to learn and participate in required training courses.

We recruit a motivated sales advisor who sees a challenge in the following responsibilities and focal points:

• You provide customers with an excellent and premium shopping experience. You provide special and inspiring service beyond customer expectations and maintain a loyal and personal approach.
• You apply mandatory sales standards and use up-to-date technical product knowledge to increase sales.
• You follow guidelines related to store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, money matters, etc.
• You ensure a pleasant and clean store floor with beautifully presented and correctly priced products.
• You assist in managing inventory.
• You are eager to learn and willing to take the necessary training courses.
