Pauwels Consulting is looking for an IAM & Security Automation Specialist to support ongoing security projects for a major utility-sector client in Brussels. The role focuses on evolving the identity governance environment and automating certificate lifecycles within a complex enterprise infrastructure.

The position is hybrid, full-time, located in Brussels. You will develop and maintain SailPoint, automate certificate lifecycles in a Windows environment, and create automation scripts to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM experience including identity lifecycle, access management and governance.
• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator focusing on setup, management and maintenance.
• Proven automation of IT/security processes using PowerShell or Python.
• Hands-on SailPoint experience in an enterprise IAM environment.
• Experience providing technical support for security/IAM in a Microsoft Windows enterprise environment.
• Fluent English with French or Dutch and knowledge of another national language.

• Develop and maintain the SailPoint environment and resolve IAM issues.
• Automate certificate lifecycle and renewal activities in a Windows environment.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline security-related processes.

• Document technical solutions, procedures, and automated processes.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve security operations.
