Xquisit in Mechelen Belgium is hiring a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our Technology Leadership team, focusing on our tax & accounting software portfolio. You will enable the Agile Release Train, collaborate with Product Management and Product Owners, and drive a prioritized backlog aligned with business outcomes.

You will travel regularly to Hasselt and Ghent, work in a hybrid environment, and bring an AI-native mindset to improve engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Master's level thinking or equivalent through experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as RTE or Agile PM.
• SAFe RTE certification (or equivalent) is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Facilitating PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops and other ART events.
• Driving the execution of the Program Increment and tracking PI objectives.
• Managing and resolving impediments, risks, and dependencies at the ART level.
• Working with Product Management to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog.
• Partnering with Product Owners to align strategy with team delivery.
• Holding teams accountable for delivery commitments with structure.
