ENGIE Belgium seeks a Structurer (M/F/X) for its Global Business Unit Supply & Energy Management. The Structuring Program offers two 18-month missions across Brussels and Madrid, with a permanent contract from the first assignment and a guaranteed position at program end within S&EM or ENGIE Group.
You will learn to transform client needs into structured solutions, price key risks, and work with diverse teams across countries to advance energy transition initiatives.

Our Structuring Program in the Global Business Unit Supply & Energy Management is designed to attract talents with a high potential to grow a career at ENGIE, while contributing to a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
The energy landscape is evolving rapidly, driven by renewables, electrification, new flexible and decentralized technologies (batteries, electric boilers, etc.), geopolitics, and the urgent need for decarbonized, reliable, and affordable energy. We are therefore looking to reinforce our teams with highly-motivated and talented structurers able to leverage complexity into new business opportunities.
You will be part of the S&EM’s energy structuring team and learn from top individuals across 2 missions of 18 months each: one based in Brussels and the other based in Madrid.
As a structurer you are accountable for the transformation of client needs into transactable solutions. During your program, you will learn to:
You will learn about the global energy markets, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) for renewable assets, Flexibility Purchase Agreements (FPA) for batteries, hedging through derivatives (power and cross-commodity options, fixed-for-floating swaps,… ), decarbonized supply offers and more.
You will work on impactful business cases to scale up S&EM’s commercial offering and improve our risk management capabilities, such as in 24/7 carbon free energy, co-location of renewable assets and batteries.
To make a tangible contribution to the development of the business of the structuring team to which you are part of. We expect you not only to learn, but also to deliver. Your ability to deliver will be a key differentiator.
