ENGIE Belgium is launching a Global Structuring Program in Supply & Energy Management. You will rotate across two missions (Brussels & Madrid) for 18 months each, shaping innovative energy solutions for clients in a fast-evolving market.

You’ll work with sales, traders, risk, and legal teams to transform needs into transactions, develop value through hedging, and build a career in international energy finance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, business, management or similar.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in energy, finance or consultancy.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (French/Spanish/Dutch/German) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate client needs into transactable energy solutions.
• Shape opportunities balancing client needs, risk, and return.
• Design and price risks; negotiate deals with legal and support teams.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across countries and functions.
