Médiane Benelux is seeking a skilled Rust Developer to join a team shaping railway software in Belgium. You will contribute to a mission-critical traffic management platform running 24/7, focusing on reliability, safety, and performance.

You will guide the transition from C to Rust, develop new features, document technical decisions, and mentor colleagues. Strong attention to safety-critical coding and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Advanced Rust development experience.
• Strong background in C.
• Proficient in Linux environments (development/debug).
• Familiar with Git-based workflows.
• Professional English plus Dutch or French.
• Experience with safety-critical systems (TRA/FMEA helpful).
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
