Amaris Consulting is seeking a Run & Service Transition Lead to define and implement the operational model for complex IT infrastructure and transformation programs. You will ensure solutions are operationally ready and transitioned from Build to Run.

You will coordinate technical teams, define TOM and support models, ITIL processes, RACI, SLAs, and KPIs, and lead Go-Live and Hypercare efforts. French native and English fluent candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• ITIL certification and strong ITIL knowledge.
• Experience with Run & Service Transition in IT environments.
• Strong IT infrastructure understanding: networks, servers, virtualization, storage, backup, IAM, monitoring.
• Experience with Go-Live, Hypercare and Build-to-Run transitions.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management.

Profile

• 4–6 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations or Service Transition
• ITIL certification with strong knowledge of ITIL principles
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure: network, servers, virtualization, storage, backup, IAM and monitoring
• Experience with Go-Live, Hypercare and Build-to-Run transition
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to structure complex environments and work with technical teams
• Industrial / OT experience is a strong plus
• French mothertongue and english fluent
