Amaris Consulting is seeking a Central Planning Specialist for its Life Sciences team in Belgium. You will coordinate field activities, optimize resource planning and ensure smooth communication between customers, field engineers and internal teams.

Your role focuses on guaranteeing efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction through meticulous planning, CRM use, and collaboration with FSE/IT/FAS. This is an on-site position requiring strong multi-language communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong customer-facing attitude and empathy in handling requests.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritise and decide under time constraints.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills to adjust planning and manage expectations.
• Comfortable with Windows environment and Google Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Organized, rigorous and able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Plan and allocate resources to cover preventive maintenance, dispatch repairs, modifications, meetings, trainings, holidays, sick leaves and on-call duties.
• Participate in a rotation to alternate between dispatch management and service planning to ensure continuity.
• Manage LocalSupport mailbox and coordinate interventions with Field Resources (FSE/IT/FAS).
• Use Knowledge Matrix to assign the most qualified FSE based on availability, urgency, SLA, and intervention type.
• Create and update Cases and Work Orders in the CRM system in coordination with the RCSC.
• Ensure troubleshooting information is transferred to Field resources and they are well informed.
• Maintain and update the CRM and contact database; promote online support with customers.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high satisfaction.

Join our Life Sciences team as a Central Planning Specialist:you are at the heart of our service operations. You coordinate field activities, optimize resource planning and ensure smooth communication between customers, field engineers and internal teams. Your mission is to guarantee efficient service delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction..

Your missions

• Plan and allocate resources to cover all activities: preventive maintenance, dispatch repairs, mandatory modifications, meetings, trainings, holidays, sick leaves and on-call duties.
• Participate in a rotation scheme with your colleague to alternate between dispatch management and service activities planning, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Manage the generic LocalSupport mailbox and coordinate interventions with Field Resources (FSE/IT/FAS).
• Use the Knowledge Matrix to assign the most qualified FSE, considering availability, urgency, SLA response time and type of intervention.
• Create and update Cases and Work Orders in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely information in coordination with the RCSC.
• Ensure troubleshooting information is properly transferred to Field resources and that they are well informed and prepared for their activities.
• Maintain and update the CRM and contact database, and promote digital communication channels (online support) with customers to confirm interventions.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring clear, proactive communication and contributing to high customer satisfaction.

Your profile

• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written) – all three are mandatory for this role.
• Strong customer-facing attitude, able to manage requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Problem-solving mindset, able to prioritize and make decisions under time constraints.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills to adjust planning and manage expectations.
• Comfortable with Windows environment and Google Suite; knowledge of SAP is a strong plus.
