Octiva in Leuven is looking for a Head of Product to lead the development of their robotics platform. In this role, you will bridge customers, engineers, and internal teams, ensuring each product is robust and tested. You will own the product lifecycle, define requirements, and oversee validations.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in Robotics or a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Key qualities include proactive leadership, excellent communication, and strong customer orientation. The role offers competitive compensation and a flexible work setup.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience in product management, systems engineering, or technical leadership in robotics or automation.
• Familiarity with CE and UL certification processes.
• Experience in writing specs, managing requirements, and coordinating roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of the robotics platform from idea to field validation.
• Define product goals balancing technical excellence and economic viability.
• Drive execution from concept to release, ensuring on-time, budget delivery.
• Maintain and evolve the long-term product roadmap.
