Medtronic plc in Europe seeks a dynamic Senior Robotics Training Specialist to train surgeons, assistants and OR staff across Belgium and France, delivering education and hands-on workshops on the Medtronic Robotic Surgical Technologies. You will travel up to 75% to renowned training centres, contributing to improved patient outcomes.

Based near Strasbourg or Gent, you will partner with Sales, Clinical, and Medical Affairs teams to ensure high-quality programs and a strong culture of learning

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required and relevant to medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience designing and delivering technical education and training.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in blended learning methods (digital + in-person).
• Ability to manage and deliver in high-pressure environments.

Mansioni

• Deliver education and training on Medtronic Robotic Surgical Technologies.
• Lead lab sessions and hands-on workshops with trainees.
• Apply teaching methods to assess trainee efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, and Medical Affairs to shape training programs.
• Proactively progress learning goals and understand robotic surgery ecosystems.
• Develop expertise in RAS technology applications, OR efficiency, and training pathways.
