Job summary

Movu Robotics is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead national and international robotic automation projects within intralogistics. You will organize kick-offs, define milestones, allocate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex solutions.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with French or German as a strong plus. Expect ~20% international travel and a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in intralogistics or related fields.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French and/or German is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the execution of (inter)national robotic automation projects from A to Z.
• Deliver complex, customized robotic automation solutions.
• Organize project kick-offs and communicate objectives, structure, timeline, and approach to stakeholders.
• Develop clear project plans with milestones and monitor task execution.
• Plan and allocate resources to ensure optimal performance and budget compliance.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with interim validation and final acceptance.
• Monitor deadlines and manage scope, time, and budget changes; identify variations.
• Assess and manage risks and define success criteria for project completion.
• Maintain transparent stakeholder management and lead meetings with clear reporting.
