Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Sales Associate to maximize the utilization of da Vinci Surgical Systems across our regional teams. The role is remote with onsite presence as requested and requires strong medical industry knowledge and training ability.

You will implement sales plans, train surgical teams, and support events to build system adoption. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with up to 70% travel expected to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in medical device support/training or healthcare sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Willing to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Implement the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across core indications for the region.
• Support regional events to raise system awareness and adoption.
• Lead training sessions and provide case support to surgical teams.
• Manage administrative tasks and reporting of sales activities.
