ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 4C Medical Stepdown Unit at Christiana Hospital. This full-time (36 hours per week) position offers weekends and holidays per department guidelines, with shifts discussed at interview.

You will care for a complex adult patient population on an Intermediate Care unit, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. BSN is required; ADN candidates may be considered if they commit to completing a BSN within

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• ADN candidates may be considered if willing to obtain BSN within 3 years.
• BLS required.
• Acute or subacute care experience preferred.
