Responsabilités

• Answer main hospital telephone line and provide directory information to staff, visitors, patients and the public.
• Respond to emergency (911) calls and follow procedures for emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Answer TTY and assist the caller.
• Make decisions regarding emergency calls and dispatches per policies.
