Intys is seeking a consultant to support regulatory compliance projects and strengthen risk governance within Belgian organizations. You will help enhance resilience, business continuity, and compliance maturity through cross-functional initiatives and governance improvements.

The role involves leading regulatory workstreams, mapping obligations, and facilitating senior management steering discussions, with a focus on improving overall risk posture and regulatory alignment.

Responsabilités

• Lead Regulatory Compliance Projects: coordinate regulatory workstreams, monitor deliverables and milestones, and perform gap analyses with action plans.
• Strengthen Risk Governance and Regulatory Reporting: design governance, incident management, and reporting processes; map obligations; prepare steering committees for senior management.
• Enhance Organizational Resilience: develop and update resilience, business continuity, and crisis management plans; update policies and governance docs.
• Support the Maturity of Risk Management Practices: define and standardize risk management methodologies; deploy common tools and risk frameworks; challenge teams on risk identification and mitigation.
• Contribute to Cross-Functional Risk & Compliance Initiatives: draft policies and methodologies; address emerging risks and regulatory developments including cybersecurity and AI.

Context

In a context of increasing regulatory requirements and growing risk management challenges, our clients are strengthening their governance, compliance, and resilience frameworks.

The consultant will support the implementation of regulatory compliance projects, enhance risk management frameworks, and contribute to the structuring of governance processes. The consultant will work on cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and support organizations in improving their maturity in resilience, business continuity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Regulatory Compliance Projects

• -Support organizations in achieving compliance with applicable regulations.


• -Coordinate regulatory workstreams and monitor deliverables and project milestones.


• -Perform gap analyses and define associated action plans.

Strengthen Risk Governance and Regulatory Reporting

• -Design and formalize governance, incident management, and reporting processes.


• -Map regulatory obligations and ensure alignment with other compliance frameworks.


• -Prepare and facilitate steering committees, workshops, and presentations for senior management.

Enhance Organizational Resilience

• -Conduct critical reviews of existing resilience and risk management frameworks.


• -Develop and update resilience, business continuity, and crisis management plans.


• -Contribute to the update of policies, procedures, and governance documentation.

Support the Maturity of Risk Management Practices

• -Define and standardize risk management methodologies.


• -Support the deployment of common tools and risk frameworks.


• -Challenge project teams on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.

Contribute to Cross-Functional Risk & Compliance Initiatives

• -Draft and update policies, methodologies, and framework documentation.


• -Contribute to initiatives addressing emerging risks, regulatory developments, and topics such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and organizational resilience.
