Job summary

MSIG Europe is seeking an Operations Resilience and Governance Expert to coordinate DORA regulation implementation and resilience topics across the European operations. The role sits within an international Operations Service team delivering support to European markets.

You will drive improvements, ensure regulatory alignment, and maintain up-to-date documentation while collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups to meet deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 3–5 years experience in external consulting in banking or insurance preferred.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Very good level in English.
• Experience with operational regulation in the financial industry.
• Excellent communication across organization layers.
• Appetite to change and continuous improvement.
• Team player who gets things done and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the DORA regulation implementation and operational resilience topics.
• Manage the BAU on operational resilience topics.
• Respond to internal audit issues and regulator requests in coordination with your team.
• Maintain all documentation related to operational resilience up-to-date.
• Coordinate with teams to close gaps with regulations.
• Contribute to annual self-assessment regarding DORA and resilience.
• Oversee planning (training, testing) for resilience activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of all resilience topics.
• Select third parties to run scenario testing.

Let’s talk about the role

Coordinate the DORA regulation implementation and operational resilience topics

Part of an international Operations Service team providing service to European countries

Responsible for any changes in processes, systems and business model in accordance with the team strategy and all the legal entities

Driving improvement across the various areas and scope

On a day to day basis, you will

• Manage the BAU on all the operational resilience topics
• Answer to any internal audit issues and regulator requests in coordination with your team
• Business Continuity Management support (BCP annual review, conduct workshops, BIA, identification of critical functions…)
• Maintain all the documentation related to operational resilience up-to-date
• Coordinate with all the required team the gaps with the regulations
• Continuous improvement : Be part of the annual self-assessment regarding DORA and operational resilience
• Follow up of the various planning (training, testing etc.) regarding operational resilience
• Continuous improvement of all the operational resilience topics
• Selection of Third parties to run scenario testing…

Who are we looking for

• Master’s degree

• 3-5 years of experience, in an external consulting environmentto be preferredwithin banking orinsuranceAutonomous, proactive and able to work under pressure

• Very good level in English at least

• Experience and/or strong affinity with operational regulation/legislation within the financial industry.
