Otamiser, an international tech start-up based in Ghent, seeks a Junior Revenue Management Engineer to optimize the OTA ranking algorithm and maximize hotel revenue in Belgium. You will analyze performance data, market trends, and consumer behavior to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics or data science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop and enhance the OTA ranking algorithm.
• Analyze data related to hotel performance, market trends and consumer behavior to identify revenue opportunities.
• Assist in implementing revenue management strategies to improve occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Audit hotel profiles on OTAs to ensure accurate content.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market demand to recommend pricing adjustments.
