Just Russel is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer for Retention & Pet Health to own data powering retention decisions and pet health insights. You will design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate with marketing, product and data science to drive impact.

You will connect acquisition to long‑term value using GA4, Meta, and Google Ads data, build dashboards, and partner with cross‑functional teams to turn data into action.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in Data Analyst/Engineer roles in ecommerce or subscriptions.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in a modern data stack.
• Comfort with marketing/digital analytics data: GA4, Meta & Google Ads, attribution, cohorts, retention.
• Able to explain complex models to engineers and business leaders.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt Core and BigQuery.
• Guard data quality with a single source of truth and solid documentation.
• Shape data architecture with cost, efficiency, and scalability in mind.
• Support A/B testing from hypothesis to quantified business impact.
• Build dashboards and reports for weekly churn insights and leadership KPIs.
