Wendy's in Fernie, BC is seeking a dedicated restaurant supervisor to oversee kitchen and service operations. You will coordinate staff, ensure quality and safety, and maintain records of inventory and daily activities.

The role requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, a secondary school diploma, and a permanent full-time position. Relocation support is provided, and the work is on-site in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level food service supervision experience preferred.
• On-site work required with no remote option.
• Accurate record-keeping for stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

Responsabilités

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.

• Prepare and submit reports.
