Wendy's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager by coaching the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment where staff feel respected and valued. You will schedule effectively, identify top talent, and oversee daily operations in collaboration with the GM or DM to meet profitability and guest satisfaction goals.

You will train and develop crew, monitor service times, ensure quality and cleanliness, and enforce company policies and standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts.
• Ability to schedule staff effectively to meet demand.
• Experience training and developing crew and new managers.
