Wendy's in Mobile, AL is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in coaching the team and building a fun, inviting work environment. You will schedule staff effectively, identify top talent, and drive daily operations in alignment with company policies and local laws.

You will lead training, monitor service times, ensure cleanliness, and manage performance to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. A GM/DM provides support and guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Knowledge of labor costs and budgeting.
• Understanding of health and safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts.
• Review budget and P&L monthly and drive profits.
• Promote customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor food costs and waste to protect margins.
• Train and develop crew and new managers with GM/DM support.
• Ensure adherence to operations standards and procedures.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety during shifts.
• Write schedules and ensure coverage for planned activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
