You will oversee staffing, quality of service, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies while steering shifts to hit daily targets. The role requires leadership, communication and strong operational know-how in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsabilités

• Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Monitors costs by controlling crew prep, production, and procedures.
• Tracks waste levels and monitors crew position procedures.
• Ensures quality by supervising crew performance and providing feedback.
• Trains and develops crew to meet standards and improve service times.
• Maintains store cleanliness and enforces safety policies.
• Handles staffing by hiring, training and scheduling crew as needed.
• Works with unit manager to achieve sales and profit goals.
