Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a Belgium-based role for an experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) and MGA operations. You will support the Sure Commercial platform implementation, translate complex insurance needs into configurations, and collaborate with underwriters, stakeholders, and technical teams across the insurance lifecycle.

Key focus areas include requirements analysis, platform configuration, risk appetite, rating, and broker submission

Qualifications

• At least eight years of business analysis experience in Commercial P&C insurance.
• Strong MGA domain knowledge and delegated underwriting operations.
• Experience with end‑to‑end insurance lifecycle and platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for commercial insurance platform implementation.
• Translate requirements into Sure Commercial configurations, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support SIT/UAT, develop test scenarios, and coordinate business sign-off.
