Job summary

Royal Canin in Belgium is seeking a hybrid Scientific Training & Sales Representative to translate veterinary nutrition science into engaging client conversations and sustainable growth. You will spend ~60% delivering high-quality scientific training to veterinary practices across 7 Belgian territories and 40% building relationships in your own area.

You will train veterinary teams, advise decision makers, and participate in regional events while travelling across Belgium.

Qualifications

• Degree in veterinary medicine or a relevant scientific field (biology, agriculture, nutrition).
• 3+ years of veterinary experience with proven nutritional counselling experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to translate complex content for different audiences.
• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for consultative selling; fluent in French & Dutch; English is company language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality scientific training to veterinary clinics across Belgium.
• Lead scientific discussions with veterinary professionals and external specialists.
• Train and advise decision makers, adapting content to different audiences.
• Expand relationships with veterinary practices and support regional/national teams.
