eCarsTrade is seeking a senior backend engineer to own two Python microservices that convert vehicle data into commercial decisions. You will work on MarketPrice and DataEnrichment within async FastAPI, Docker, and RabbitMQ environments, contributing across ML pipelines and high-throughput event processing.

You will lead the design of robust processing flows, write tests, and ensure production reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

Formación

• Strong Python 3.10+ with production experience in async programming (asyncio) and FastAPI (or similar).
• Solid experience with message queues, ideally RabbitMQ (aio_pika), and event-driven architectures.
• Comfortable with Docker and microservice deployment patterns.
• Working knowledge of relational (MySQL) and/or document stores (MongoDB).
• Clean code, testing discipline, and Git-based collaboration.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on schedule and within budget.
• Experience with CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive technical initiatives.
• Proficiency in both English and Russian is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain FastAPI services (API routers, Pydantic schemas, middleware, exception handling) and their RabbitMQ consumers (aio_pika, topic exchanges, durable queues, DLQ, circuit breakers).
• Design durable, decoupled processing flows (e.g. ack-on-aggregation, MongoDB-backed per-car state, thread-pooled blocking work under async consumers).
• Write tests, maintain Docker/docker-compose setups, and keep services production-reliable and observable.
• Collaborate with purchasing and platform teams to translate business rules into robust code.
