Groupe Faubourg is seeking a product-focused professional to drive AI-assisted software features across multiple markets. The role requires balancing product sense with technical fluency to ship working increments using AI coding tools and a design-system-conformant UX.

You will own the module MVP scope, work in pods pairing with a developer, translate business needs into specs, and align five country usages into one cohesive product while collaborating with business experts and early adopters.

Qualifications

Product sense first with enough technical fluency to build.
Hands-on with AI coding tools, or demonstrably fast to get there.
Sharp on user flows and data; writes clearly.
Multi-BU empathy: reconcile five countries' habits into one product.
English working language; another European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

Create and manage pods: one product builder paired with one developer on a shared platform.
Turn module hypotheses into working increments — prototype WITH AI tools, not paper specs.
Run the expert loop: capture how each BU runs the process and validate with early adopters.
Own the module MVP scope and its UX conformance with the design system.
Pair daily with your developer to own the WHAT and the user truth; ensure quality together.
Feed Early-Adopter programme findings straight into the backlog you own.
