Itproposal is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-enabled digital transformation in a large public-sector setting. You will translate strategic ambitions into concrete product initiatives while identifying and implementing AI opportunities.

You will bridge business, tech, and end users, transferring AI knowledge to internal teams for greater self-sufficiency. You will work in a multidisciplinary Agile team, owning the product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization, and collaborating

Qualifications

Experience in Product Management / Product Ownership in complex environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlogs.
Proven ability to develop product strategy and roadmaps.
Understanding of AI applications and opportunities.
Experience transferring AI knowledge to business and technical teams.
Excellent stakeholder management across levels.
Ability to conduct user research and make data-driven decisions.
Comfort working in short, iterative product cycles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.
Ability to make autonomous decisions in uncertain situations.
Customer-centric mindset with empathy for end users.
Public sector experience is a plus.
