Axelera AI is building the next-gen AI platform and seeking a Staff/Principal software engineer to lead a critical area of the Applications stack. You’ll own architecture decisions, optimize memory and latency on heterogeneous hardware, and drive reusable frameworks for deployment and analytics.

You’ll collaborate with product and commercial teams, mentor engineers, and influence the roadmap while delivering high-impact, scalable solutions on Axelera AI devices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in semiconductor and/or AI industry.
• Deep expertise with edge deployment frameworks (OpenVINO, TensorRT) and related optimizations.
• Strong Python and C++ software development skills for end-to-end pipelines.
• Experience coordinating across research, product and customers.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for major area of Voyager SDK applications.
• Define reusable architectures for image processing operators and decoders.
• Drive integration of model frameworks for low-code/no-code deployment.
• Shape metadata representations and evaluate model accuracy on Axelera hardware.
