argenx is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the strategic direction for the enterprise AI platform and MLOps frameworks, including Llmops, enabling end-to-end model development from experimentation to production. You will own the multi-year platform roadmap, ensure security, governance and ethical AI, and collaborate with data science teams and business units to deliver tangible value.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership for the enterprise AI platform and MLOps frameworks (including Llmops), managing resources to ensure robust operation of AI models.
• Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for the AI platform; drive standardized MLOps practices to accelerate development, improve reliability, and enable governance.
• Partner with data science teams and business units to ensure the AI platform meets evolving needs and enables tangible business value.
• Own lifecycle management for the AI platform portfolio, including Agentic AI, and guide investments in new technologies, tools, upgrades, and retirements.
• Own lifecycle management for the Enterprise AI tools, guiding investments and retirements of technologies and tools.
• Ensure the AI platform adheres to security, compliance, and ethical AI principles in partnership with governance and security teams.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence and innovation within the platform team.
