SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking an experienced Merger Integrations Manager to lead ERP migrations, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP cutovers and data-centric integration of European acquisitions.

You will drive business system alignment, data strategy, and cutover planning across global teams. The role requires strong PMI experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage end‑to‑end transitions from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion with travel onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading merger integrations for ERP systems, ideally Oracle
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP cutovers experience
• Strong functional understanding of Business Systems and ERP migrations including Oracle ERP
• Proficiency with data migration
• Excellent communication and coordination in English (French/Dutch a plus)

Responsabilités

• Requirements gathering and discovery: Business process analysis and gap-fit
• Define and deliver Data strategy, cutover and migration
• Lead and execute cutover activities for Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion)
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition into production
• Data migration activities and validate data loads
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure end‑to‑end readiness
• Troubleshoot issues during cutover and provide timely resolutions
• Lead and document processes, timelines, and cutover plans as needed
