Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Technical Trainer — Machine Learning based in Belgium. This remote freelance role designs and delivers technical courses for engineers, guiding learners from core ML concepts to building and evaluating their own models through labs.

You will create scripts, run through video demonstrations, and collaborate with curriculum and production teams. The initial project lasts about three months with flexible hours and potential for more work or

Qualifications

• Hands-on machine learning experience training, evaluating, and shipping models.
• Strong ability to explain ML concepts to engineers new to the field.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Genuine passion for teaching through online courses, talks, or mentoring.
• Active interest in ML developments and continuous learning.
• Confident on-camera presentation of technical material.
• Willingness to follow a teaching methodology and accept feedback.
• Preferred: experience publishing courses or teaching at universities

Responsibilities

• Design and develop course content: define structure, sections, lessons, labs and notebooks.
• Create hands-on learning experiences: write lab specs and test environments.
• Write engaging educational scripts: six-minute video lessons and narration.
• Deliver technical presentations: narrate lessons in English and record demonstrations.
• Apply practical ML expertise: build course material from real training/evaluation/deploy.
• Incorporate editorial feedback: refine content to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate remotely: weekly syncs with EU/Asia overlap via Slack.
• Focus on teaching and content: partner with production teams for publishing.
