Job summary

Scilife is a fully remote-first life sciences software company delivering eQMS solutions. We seek a Marketing Operations Specialist to own HubSpot, data quality, and the martech stack, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive demand and reliable reporting.

You will guard GDPR compliance, optimize lead routing and attribution, and help translate marketing data into actionable insights for leadership in a remote, global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or martech-focused roles.
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise including properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, reporting, and database management.
• Strong understanding of demand-generation, funnel mechanics, MQL/SQO definitions, lead routing, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
• Ability to build clear dashboards and reports translating marketing data into actionable insights.
• Experience with GDPR and data-privacy best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-related HubSpot areas: architecture, properties, lifecycle stages, workflows, reporting.
• Maintain scalable, well-documented marketing setup aligned with team needs.
• Develop and optimize lead scoring models as lead definitions evolve.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, integrations, and improvements across martech stack.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and GDPR compliance in marketing activities.
• Govern email marketing program: calendar, deliverability benchmarks, and A/B tests.
• Own Sales–Marketing alignment: SLAs, routing, lead handoff, and lead flow monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance.
• Support AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and reporting.
