We’re not looking for a strategist. We’re looking for an executor. This marketing manager role is execution-led, agency-savvy, and results-obsessed. If you’ve ever enjoyed working in a corporate marketing department or attending one meeting after the other, stop reading. This role is for the marketing manager who doesn’t just “think big” — they deliver consistently.

You’ll take high-level marketing direction and run day-to-day execution across campaigns, SEO, email marketing, Hubspot, and digital-first strategy, without waiting to be told twice. If you’ve ever said, “Let me just show you results,” you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Drive daily execution of all marketing activity especially across email, funnel, ads, and launch campaigns
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (content, sales, founder) to ensure brand voice is consistent, sharp, and on-message
• Create and test your own messaging ideas based on performance, intuition, and audience feedback
• Manage agency partners (email, ads, design, etc.): direct the good ones, replace the bad ones, and always keep them moving
• Own reporting and performance reviews, open rates, conversion, engagement, CAC, etc. If something underperforms, you flag it and fix it
• Build from what’s working, not from scratch. You’ll double down on proven winners and scale them
• Launch marketing assets quickly, emails, landing pages, lead magnets, without overpolishing or dragging timelines

• You write clearly, speak directly, and don’t hide behind buzzwords
• You have strong copy instincts — you can spot weak subject lines, lifeless CTAs, and generic landing page fluff instantly
• You work well with intense founders and know how to translate vision into execution
