Qualifications

• Licensed US attorney with permission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-JD litigation experience in shareholder/LLC disputes.
• Demonstrated mastery in drafting for commercial litigation.
• Proficiency in producing high-quality written work for partner-level review.
• Exceptional written English and precise legal argumentation.

Responsabilités

• Produce authentic litigation documents under senior direction (motions, briefs, letters, discovery materials).
• Draft rubric items with each submission, outlining essential elements for responses to opposing counsel.
• Implement senior feedback in subsequent drafts and adjust case posture.
• Maintain consistency in legal arguments across multi-turn simulated litigation scenarios.
• Identify ambiguities or gaps and coordinate with leadership for resolution.
• Work from public or synthetic fact patterns only, avoiding confidential information.
• Adapt to various document types and shifting project requirements.
