Elia Group, a leading Belgian energy infrastructure operator, seeks an IT Technology Architect to shape and govern technology decisions across IT domains. You will coordinate domain architects and ensure architecture delivery that is secure, scalable and compliant with enterprise standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in CS or engineering, 5–8 years of architecture experience, TOGAF/ITIL knowledge, and fluent English; knowledge of French/Dutch/German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in technology, infrastructure or solution architecture roles.
• Strong cross‑domain IT architecture experience across infrastructure, cloud, data, security.
• TOGAF and ITIL knowledge; architecture deliverables experience.
• Security-by-design and compliance in regulated environments.
• Experience with modern IT platforms and technologies.
• English fluency; French/Dutch/German a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern end‑to‑end technology architectures for transversal IT initiatives.
• Translate business needs into scalable and secure technology solutions.
• Maintain and promote IT standards and reference architectures across domains.
• Coordinate input from multiple domain teams to ensure consistency.
• Maintain architecture documentation (principles, standards, target and solution architectures).
• Represent IT Technology in governance bodies such as Architecture Review Board.
• Embed security, resilience and regulatory compliance by design.
• Advise on complex technology decisions and support change with clear communication.
