SNCB/NMBS is seeking an experienced Project Manager Building IT Systems near Brussels-South station. You will set up and deliver one or more IT infrastructure projects, coordinating across suppliers and internal teams, and managing scope, schedule, and budget.

You bring a Bachelor degree in electronics or electrical engineering and 10+ years in a similar role, with PM² certification and strong multilingual communication (Dutch/French/English).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electronics / electrical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• Willing to travel regularly to SNCB locations in Belgium and neighboring countries.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget with stakeholders and contractors.
• Coordinate multiple projects and supplier teams.
• Draft and validate technical specifications and tender documents.
• Provide monthly project status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure transfer and training to other teams and document lessons learned.
