Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Bild-Ad Designer (m/w/d) based in Belgium for remote work with flexible, part-time arrangements. You will craft high-performing static ads for Meta platforms and ecommerce brands, translating marketing insights into compelling visuals and testing variations to improve performance.

You will collaborate with copywriters and strategists, explore AI-assisted workflows, and contribute to fast-paced campaigns across beauty, lifestyle and consumer sectors

Qualifications

• Experience in static ad design, especially for Meta campaigns or ecommerce brands.
• Understanding of direct-response design principles to drive engagement and sales.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, InDesign or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching, conversion-focused static ads for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Translate briefs into engaging visuals collaborating with copywriters and strategists.
• Develop variations and test layouts, hooks, and messaging placements.
• Analyze performance and refine creatives based on insights.
• Stay updated on design trends and new formats.
