Qualifications

• 2+ years editing direct-response ads for e-commerce or DTC.
• Portfolio with live ads links showing measurable results.
• Proven UGC editing that converts with strong hooks.
• Strong understanding of Meta creative testing and campaign impact.
• Ability to translate metrics (CTR, CPA) into creative improvements.
• Experience with AI-generated ad content and tools.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent English copywriting for US audiences.

Responsibilities
