Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Sales Representative (m/f/x) to promote the Solventum Medical Surgical Portfolio in hospitals across Belgium. You will lead the full sales process, defend existing business with excellent service, and build a network of customers.

You will travel up to 60% domestically, work remotely within Belgium, and collaborate with colleagues from diverse functions and cultures. Fluency in English and French, with basic Dutch, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in the Hospital segment and tenders with medical devices.
• Sound clinical knowledge.
• Fluency in English and French; basic Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Accelerating and promoting our Solventum Medical Surgical Portfolio in the hospitals of your region by leading the full sales process.
• Defending the existing business by giving excellent service and added value to the customer.
• Building and developing a network with existing and new customers
• Organize and participate to seminars, workshops, congresses and meetings with customers
• Translate customer needs into proposals that will bring value for your customers
• Financial follow up against targets
• Closely collaborating with your colleagues
