Labcorp is seeking an Experienced Global Study Manager to support a key client account in Belgium. This fully remote role focuses on delivering complex global clinical studies, managing budgets, risks, and timelines, and maintaining strong client relationships across Labcorp CLS and other units.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure excellence in client service while navigating dynamic timelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO industries.
• 5+ years experience managing complex global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timelines and stakeholder management.
• 5+ years experience in client facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Master degree or higher and PM certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as key client contact; liaise between clients, CROs and Labcorp.
• Provide project management oversight focusing on budgets, risks and milestones.
• Coordinate communications between client and Labcorp study team; ensure quality implementation.
• Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies with accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Act as client advocate within Labcorp CLS and across Labcorp units; deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure all client expectations are documented and complied with regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize in dynamic timelines and environments.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
