Biopharma Careers in Belgium is seeking a Local Study Operations Line Manager to lead the LSOMs and ensure delivery of the country study portfolio in line with global trials strategy.

You will mentor LSOMs, oversee feasibility through study close-out, manage budgets and timelines, and promote best practices across country teams while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years direct people management and/or leadership experience.
• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor/Associate/High school with substantial clinical execution experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead LSOMs to deliver the country study portfolio and ensure alignment with global strategies.
• Mentor, train, and develop LSOMs to handle complex trials and grow the team.
• Monitor portfolio progress, manage risks and quality, and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee LSOM/vendor performance to ensure high-quality study execution and on-time delivery.
