Amgen SA in Belgium is seeking a Local Study Operations Line Manager to lead LSOM skill development and ensure successful trial implementation in-country. You will oversee the study portfolio, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and partner with the Country GSSO Head to maintain a high-quality clinical environment aligned with global strategies.

You will mentor LSOMs, drive continuous improvement, and promote best practices across the team while coordinating with study strategy and local study

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.
• Doctorate degree with clinical execution experience or equivalent combinations listed in Basic Qualifications.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical research preferred for advanced roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements around global clinical trials is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of LSOMs and ensure delivery of the country study portfolio.
• Oversee LSOMs and vendor performance to ensure high-quality study execution.
• Mentor and develop LSOMs to manage complex trials.
• Collaborate with country head and cross-functional teams on trial deliverables and escalations.
