• Identify business opportunities, build strategic action plans, and play a key role in accelerating our business expansion.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve business strategy.
• Build and maintain client relationships through active involvement.
• Help grow and strengthen our team by supporting recruitment, talent development, and performance follow-up.
• Build and lead teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and appropriate people management.

📚 Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Had a first experience in business management, preferably in an engineering or technical services environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English AND Dutch or French.
