European Service Network S.A. is seeking freelance Community Managers for a language learning platform. Candidates should be native speakers of one of 29 languages and possess a higher education degree in language teaching or a similar field.

Responsibilities include engaging language learners, moderating discussions, providing educational support, and creating relevant content. Ideal candidates will have experience in online community management, excellent communication skills, and cultural sensitivity.

Work hours will vary between 10-60 hours a month, and candidates can be based anywhere, ideally in a country where their target language is spoken.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in language teaching or online community moderation.
• At least 2 years’ experience in moderating online communities.
• High level of empathy and patience.

Responsabilités

• Stimulate language practice through daily interactions.
• Facilitate discussion forums and live speaking sessions.
• Assist participants with specific linguistic questions.
• Develop engaging multimedia content tailored to language levels.
• Monitor community sentiment and address potential issues.
