FH Collective - Academy is seeking candidates for an on-site Customer Support & Content Moderation role in Lisbon. You will join international teams and assist clients in multiple languages, while moderating content to maintain platform standards.

The position is full-time, based on-site with relocation support options and multiple start dates. Fluency in at least one required language and strong English are required to begin quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluency in one of the required languages plus a reliable working level of English.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory).
• Availability to relocate and work on-site in Lisbon.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full‑time, on‑site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the required languages + a reliable working level of English
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory)
