Michael Page International Belgium is seeking a Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer to support the teams in an international environment. You will process orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure ERP data accuracy to keep the supply process reliable.

The successful candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), initial experience in purchasing or logistics, fluent Dutch with good French and English, and solid Excel/ERP skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Initial experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics administration or a similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch with a good professional knowledge of French and English.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Accurate, structured and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Processing and monitoring purchase orders and supplier information.
• Following up on delivery schedules and supplier commitments.
• Ensuring accurate data management within the ERP system.
• Identifying and reporting supply-related issues or discrepancies.
• Supporting Supply Chain Planners with backorders and ongoing deliveries.
• Assisting the sales team with product availability and lead-time inquiries.
• Maintaining smooth communication between suppliers and internal departments.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
