Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Planning and Procurement Specialist to manage purchase orders and maintain accurate planning, purchasing, and ERP data in a pharmaceutical context.

You will coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventory levels, and support inbound logistics. The role requires ERP proficiency (SAP/JD Edwards) and strong Excel skills, with fluent French and English communication. This is a great step for 1–2 years’ experience in logistics roles in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years in admin, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain support.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, or similar) and good Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; organized admin work.

Responsabilités

• Manage purchase orders and keep planning, purchasing, and ERP data up to date.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, documentation and issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inbound logistics and delivery tracking.
• Prepare reports, maintain records and support KPI monitoring and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with planning, warehouse, logistics, customer service and finance teams to support daily supply chain operations.
