Michael Page is seeking a Planning and Procurement Specialist in Belgium to ensure accurate data management and timely processing of purchase orders. The role coordinates with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams to maintain stock availability and efficient material flow.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, supporting inbound logistics, and preparing reports to track KPIs. You will collaborate with planning, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and finance to sustain daily

Qualifications

• Manage purchase orders and maintain planning, purchasing, and ERP data.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inbound logistics and delivery tracking.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and support KPI monitoring and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with planning, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to support daily supply chain operations and follow up on action items.

Responsabilités

• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate planning and data in ERP.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Track inventory levels and assist with inbound logistics and delivery tracking.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain records to support KPI monitoring.
