Edenred BeLux seeks an IT Business Analyst to cover Middle Office topics across Benefits, Engagement and Mobility products. You will work with cross-functional agile teams, defining user stories and validation with end users, while supporting production changes and post-go-live support.

The role requires 3+ years in digital BA/PO/PM and fluency in English and French. The position offers a permanent contract (38 hours/week) in Brussels with the possibility to work remotely 2 days per week, plus a

• 3+ years in digital field as BA/PO/PM.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent in English and French; able to engage with multi-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Perform business analysis and modelling for Middle Office applications and processes.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria with key users, Product Owners and sponsors.
• Collaborate with the development team, lead end-user validation, and support sprint tasks.
• Provide application support and manage production changes with the team.
• Ensure quality of deliverables through testing of developments and processes.
