Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services, is seeking a Clinical Trial Psych Rater (Dutch Speaking) for remote work in Belgium. The Part-time role involves reviewing rating scales, guiding rater methodology, and supporting performance through mock interviews, with approx.

10–16 hours per month. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in psychiatric assessments, with fluency in English and native-level Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent).
• 3+ years administering psychiatric assessments and rating scales (MINI/MADRS).
• 3+ years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• 3+ years administering scales in clinical research trials.
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions.
• Provide live feedback on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete tasks and rater interactions on schedule.
• Submit documentation accurately and on time.
